Freepbx Ivr Tutorial
Setting up an IVR (or auto attendant, digital receptionist) is great idea for small businesses. SOLVED
TLDR; Trying to Create a Automated Attendant that can take calls and Redirect users based on input Using an Existing phone line.
Current Position: Software is not installed, I need to know what kind of Card i need to purchase to allow this type of communication between the Software and the Phone Line. No, I don't know anything about actual VOIP systems, but im Trying to find a way to create this automated attendant to where it will redirect users to CELL PHONES and not phones in my network (Due to the nature of my company we do not have the ability to use Desk Phones only but plan on integrating Desk Phones when we hire more people to handle the customers/accounting)
Goal:
I'm trying to take an Existing phone line, Plugged into my server, and create this IVR.
I'm a new Business owner with ambition, We plan on expanding eventually but due to current budget we are extremely tight on cash.
I have a couple computers that i can set aside and use as the server for this, However after installing the software i have no where to go from here as the only things i can find is paid services that you have to pay for monthly for the attendant, Due to current position we cannot afford a monthly attendant
( due to just starting I have 10 Dollars to my name after everything needed is paid for, Yes i know that's a low number, but I'm young, came in with no money starting out, and already making more than my parents ever did, and i don't want that to be my limit either. I'm trying to get more customers and one of the things holding me back is my voice, I sound like a twelve year old however if I'm able to get an automated system i believe that the customers will be more inclined to work with me.)
Win 7 pro oa iso. Hi:Click on the Windows ISO Downloader.exe link below to download the tool to create the W7 ISO file download. This link downloads a file that accesses the Microsoft Techbench W7 ISO files and generates the ISO file download you need.Select the Windows COEM ISO file download for the version of W7 the product key is good for.I have zipped up and attached the Microsoft utility below, that will allow you to either put the file on a USB flash drive or DVD, or you can use a different free utility such as Rufus. Then you can install the drivers and available software from the PC's support page.
Can somebody help me find a tutorial from the ground up on doing this? Or give me a General Idea of where to go or look up?
