Steam Starts And Stops Downloading

Hi, yesterday i bought Rainbow Six Siege from G2A and added it to Steam.When installing it, it first appeared 'Allocating Disk Space', it stopped at the half and my PC started to make weird noises maybe from Hard Disk.The Steam freezed itself and after a couple of seconds the PC aswell but i could move my corsair.After a minute or so my PC crashed.
My Specs:
i7-960 Default speed 3.2GHz to 3.4GHz
Alienware MoBo
12GB RAM DDR3 1336MHz
MSI GTX 1060 6GB
HardDisk of 1terrabite
525Watts PSU
It only crashes when I downlaod something from steam, when I am not downloading and just seeing games from Steam Store nothing happens.
Please Help me It's frustrating.
